What is the tenancy
- Except where stated on our accommodation list, this is a Fixed Term Assured Shorthold Tenancy for 11 months, from 1st September to 31st July.
- Full information is contained in the Student Contract.
- A sample can be collected from our office.
- The document is prepared at our office and when all parties have signed it, a copy of the Tenancy Agreement, Prescribed Information and other related documents are given to each tenant
